
Access to and movement in the Allianz Arena is barrier-free.
Access:
The 130 disabled parking spaces are on Level 3 in car park 1. Disabled persons with the official, blue parking permit (wheelchair user symbol) can park free of charge on matchdays in car park P1 in the designated car parking spaces. There is unrestricted access to the seats in the stand from there via the shortest route. Further 20 disabled parking spaces are available in the new guest car park.
Access from U Bahn station Fröttmaning via the Esplanade to the stadium has also been adapted to the needs of all fans.
Spaces at the Arena:
There are priority spaces/seats for 227 wheelchir users and their carers with plenty of room along the lower tier. 20 headsets, including live on site commentary for the visually impaired, are available as well as smart phones with all verbal information for our fans with hearing difficulties.
Further service provision:
The whole of Level 2 with kiosks, disabled care facilties and disabled toilets (only accessible with EURO disabled WC key) is barrier-free. Dedicated lifts are available in the North and South stands for changing levels to other facilities.
16 disabled toilets are available on Level 2 plus one toilet for the severely physically disabled with a hoist.
FC Bayern Museum:
Barrier-free movement is possible in the FC Bayern Museum and on the whole of Level 3. Pre-booking is required. You can access the foyer of the FC Bayern Museum on Level 3 using the lift marked 'Lift FC Bayern Museum/ Arena Touren' at staircase 'L'.
