Caravan parking during Oktoberfest

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is parking for recreational vehicles just outside Munich’s gates for only 15 euro’s per night. This price is the same for cars with trailer caravans.

Please note that drivers with trailer caravans must notify our staff at the entrance barrier that they have a trailer due to barrier response timings.

For planning purposes, please refer to the following instructions:

Parking beforehand matchday is only possible until 7:00 pm. Fan coaches use these parking lots from the early morning, so the lots cannot be used on the evening before a match. Please take account of our schedule when planning your visit.

Using the north coach park on matchdays is possible. You can park your caravan on the bus parking lot north by showing your valid matchday ticket.

A positive aspect for campers parking at the Arena is its proximity to the city centre. The city centre (Marienplatz) is accessible by public transport in 30 minutes. Beautiful beer-gardens and German villages are an option closer to the stadium.

Cyclists also find themselves in an ideal location. The surrounding areas are full of very well laid out and signposted cycle paths, meaning beautiful bike tours are possible in close proximity to the stadium. Munich is also easily accessible by bicycle, taking cyclists on a scenic route along the Isar.

The ADFC also advertises the possibility of taking a bike to the Allianz Arena for all Munich football fans. The City Council has prepared a signposted night-lit route from Marienplatz: (www.muenchen.de/Radlnetz).

The Allianz Arena itself opens daily at 10:00 am. This way, campers can fit in a stadium tour before going for a wander in the city later on.

Our cafeteria as well as our Paulaner Fantreff North is also open from 10:00 am. To round it all off, fans and visitors can take a stroll through our FC Bayern Museum, the largest club museum in Germany.
