
Record Champions Bayern München will host holders Borussia Dortmund in the last 16 of the 2017/18 DFB Cup. The draw was made on Sunday evening in Dortmund’s Deutschen Fußballmuseum by Stefan Effenberg and overseen by Peter Frymuth.
Third-tier outfit Paderborn are at home to 2. Liga side Ingolstadt, last term’s beaten finalists Eintracht Frankfurt head to 1. FC Heidenheim, whilst Borussia Mönchengladbach and Bayer 04 Leverkusen face off.
German record champions FC Bayern and cup holders Borussia Dortmund will cross swords at the Allianz Arena on 20 December. The cup cracker kicks off at 20.45 CET. The quarter finals will take place on 14th March 2018, with the semis being held on 15th April 2018. The final is scheduled for 19th May 2018 and will be played in Berlin’s Olympiastadion.
