The Allianz Arena will shine during the UEFA Euros

The UEFA EURO 2020 is just around the corner - and the Allianz Arena is getting dressed up for the major football event: As one of the eleven venues for the European Championship, FC Bayern’s home stadium will be coloured turquoise and with a green ribbon during the tournament - in numbers, 857 pads will be illuminated in turquoise and 199 pads in green. The special lighting will first be visible on the day of the opening game in Rome on Friday 11 June 2020, from 21:00 to 23:00 CEST. With the webcam you can watch the play of colors live and comfortably from home:

Different lighting on the four matchdays

On the four matchdays at the Allianz Arena, the national flags of the two respective opponents will alternate with the Euro colors on the outside facade of the stadium. In the three group stage matches, the black, red and gold of the German "home team" will shine opposite the French, Portuguese and Hungarian national colo urs. The results of the tournament will decide which flags will shine on the arena in Fröttmaning for the quarter-final on 2 July.
