Information for wheelchair users, and visitors with pushchairs/strollers
There are barrier-free routes:
- from the underground station to the Arena. Lifts and escalators are available at the south end of the platform
- from the coach park North
- from the Esplanade via the Promenade on Level 2
Take the elevator marked ‘Lift FC Bayern Museum/ Arena Touren’ up to Level 3, for the Museum foyer. The Museum itself and the whole of Level 3 are barrier-free.
The exit for wheelchair users and visitors with pushchairs/strollers is the elevator in the FC BAYERN STORE to Level 2.
Important information
- Animals may not be brought into the Arena.
- Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted on Tours.
- Please note that the itinerary for Combi Tours & Arena Tours is not barrier free. We offer a specially adapted Disabled Tour for mobility impaired persons and wheelchair users.
- Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays but excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and during events. On FC Bayern Munich home matchdays we offer a specially designed Matchday Tour combined with a visit to the FC Bayern Museum. The Matchday Tour is only available to persons in possession of a valid ticket for the match taking place that day.
- On the day before a Champions League match, the last tour starts at approximately 2:00 pm.
- In exceptional circumstances, some areas of the Arena on the standard tour route may be out of bounds for safety or operational reasons.
- The tour involves a considerable amount of walking and use of stairways. Please choose appropriate footwear!
- The use of photographic, video and audio recording equipment for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- We offer a limited and short-term luggage deposit facility in the wardrobe area at the FC Bayern Museum.
- The stadium by-laws and house rules apply
- The FC Bayern München AG and DO & Co München GmbH General Terms & Conditions (AGBs) for the purchase of tickets to the FC Bayern Museum / Arena Tours apply.
- Please be at the waiting area/ Meeting Point at the Paulaner Fantreff North with your valid ticket 15 minutes before your tour starts.
- Individual visitors may purchase tickets online in advance to avoid long waiting times. To purchase tickets online, select your tour and follow the corresponding link.
